Home-cooked meals are more nutritious and good for your health.
Home-cooked meals bring the family together.
Home-cooked meals are easier on your wallet.

We’ve heard it all before. We all know the benefits of cooking, but getting into the kitchen to make those meals after a long day can be really difficult. Especially when it is night after night after night…

And yet you are here—because either you want to be cooking more or you feel guilty that you don’t.

If you take this challenge, the kitchen won’t be that place you dread anymore. You may actually get excited to cook dinner during the week! This challenge will show you that you don’t need to spend hours upon hours in the kitchen to prepare a delicious meal—it can really just take 30 minutes or less!

Here’s What You’ll Get:

  • A detailed cooking challenge packet with shopping lists, lots of recipes, and oodles of tips and tricks
  • Group kick-off call where you’ll get a roadmap to what we’ll be doing together (questions will be highly encouraged!)
  • A one-on-one coaching session (by phone or video chat) where we will focus in on any specific needs or concerns you have and develop a specific plan to get you cooking happily
  • A virtual support group in the form of a private Facebook group with peer support, recipe swaps, and lots of coaching from me
  • A variety of mini-challenges to get you cooking

How Much Time Will It Take?

The idea is to get you launched with cooking quickly and efficiently for the long-haul, so there is a bit of a time commitment, but not too much. Here’s an estimate of what it will look like:

Kick-off call: 1 ½ hours (live or recorded)
Kitchen re-organization: 1-2 hours, depending on size of kitchen and how much there is to re-organize.
Food Shopping: 1 hour
Meal Preparation: 30-45 minutes, 3 times in the 10-days, so 1 ½-2 ¼ hours (or more if you want to cook more meals!)
One-on-one consultation: ½ hour
Total time: 5 ½ -7 ½ hours in 10 days.

Less than an hour a day to get you on the path to more home cooking and less stress!!

How Much Does it Cost?

Because you were referred by Jennifer Kogan, MSW, LICSW you are eligible for a discounted price of $79/person
