Ingredients
  

  • 1 large head of broccoli cut into bite-sized stem pieces and florets (or a bag of pre-cut broccoli)
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Toss broccoli with 1 tbl olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Spread evenly on the baking sheet, trying to have a single layer.
  • Roast until just tender, about 10-15 minutes.
