Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 1 cup milk or milk alternative of your choice
  • 1 banana
  • 1 or 2 handfuls of baby spinach about 1 cup
  • ½ cup pineapple fresh, frozen, or canned
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • ½ teaspoon cardamom

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients in your blender and puree until smooth. Enjoy.
