Spinach Pesto

Ingredients
  

  • 6 ounces baby spinach
  • ½ cup walnuts
  • ½ cup parmesan
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients into a food processor and process until it forms a paste. Taste for seasoning.
  • Use as a pizza base, in sandwiches, or on pasta

Notes

If using for pasta, save a bit of the pasta water to help to mix the sauce into the pasta
