Instructions
Set your oven rack 4-6 inches from the top of the oven. Turn your broiler on high. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray. Lay frozen fillets on the baking sheet and sprinkle with a little salt and pepper. Sprinkle the tops with parmesan cheese. Put in oven and bake for 10 minutes, or until the cheese starts to bubble and get brown in spots. Remove from oven and serve.
